First, I would think about how you want your wedding day to look overall! Reach out to those vendors that fit within that style, and put together your dream team!!!

2. Why hire a wedding coordinator?

The average wedding takes approximately 250 hours to plan (that is over 6 full work weeks!). A Planner/Coordinator saves your time spent on researching and planning.  We also help you prioritize your vendors, get your budget in order, provide qualified vendor referrals, accompany you to vendor meetings and know what questions to ask, review vendor contracts, negotiate on your behalf, and save you money.  Not to mention, a Coordinator provides creative décor and design ideas!  And that final month prior to your wedding, a Planner/Coordinator will confirm all of your vendors, make a timeline, run your rehearsal, and be there to make sure that you, your family, and friends enjoy a totally stress-free day! Trust me, you do not want your mom and bridesmaids running around on your wedding day making sure everything is in place right before THEY have to walk down the aisle…



3. We LOVE your work… what should our overall wedding budget be to get this look!

We are a luxury wedding planning company, but we don’t believe that every wedding has to empty your pockets. In order to achieve that luxury look that we are known for, we suggest that your wedding budget start at around $18,000. If you are having a wedding with under 100 guests and still want that luxury look, contact us for a free consultation on what your expected budget should be! Keep in mind, many of our preferred vendors will be giving  you a discount... that's the best part of booking us!!!

5. Are you licensed and insured?

We sure are! We plan many weddings at luxury estates, mansions, and pristine venues across the state of Florida. If your venue requires that your wedding planner and coordinator have an active insurance policy, we can add that venue to our insurance policy within an hour’s notice!
